Hey new friend 👋 I’m Jen — a coach, bodyworker, artist, and nervous system nerd with a freakishly-accurate intuition (thank you, childhood hypervigilance + years of trauma-informed training 😘)

Not exactly. While it shares some elements with coaching, a Life Sync Session is a standalone experience focused on self-awareness + realignment, rather than ongoing goal support. It's a focused, one-time session designed to bring immediate clarity and direction.

Do I need to have a specific problem to address?

Not at all. If you're feeling off, stuck, or misaligned without knowing why, this session is designed to help uncover the root causes.

What if I've never tried coaching before?

That's perfectly fine. This session is accessible to anyone ready to explore their current state and make meaningful shifts.

Will we discuss past traumas?

Only if you bring it up as something that is directly influencing your current patterns. The focus is on present misalignments and actionable steps forward.
