This path is for anyone who’s spiritually curious and craves a way to connect with guides, ancestors, or unseen allies that feels real, safe, and yours. No fluff. No pressure. Just a grounded, creative way to explore your intuitive gifts and deepen your sense of support.

Using guided visualization, somatic cues, and gentle coaching, we’ll meet your guides and begin building a relationship with them. You’ll leave this journey with a tool you can return to whenever you need reassurance, clarity, or a reminder that you’re deeply held.

Here’s how we’ll do it…

  • Session 1:

    Open the Door

    We begin with a nervous-system-safe visualization to meet your guide(s) in a symbolic space that feels natural and secure. You’ll be guided through a scene where your spirit guides can introduce themselves in a way that feels resonant to you.

  • Session 2:

    Receive the Teachings

    Each guide brings something: an experience, a message, a gift, a question, a memory... We’ll explore this connection more deeply through guided interaction, intuitive dialogue, and gentle inquiry; giving you space to ask questions and receive insight.

  • Session 3:

    Build the Relationship

    Together, we’ll create a practice or ritual that helps you continue the relationship beyond our sessions. Whether that’s through art, journaling, movement, or meditation, you’ll walk away with a personal tool for ongoing connection and guidance.
